Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgarCo Donate ("the Plugin") or the agarco.org website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

Description of Service

AgarCo Donate is a WordPress plugin for accepting and managing charitable donations. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier ($50/year). The Service includes the plugin software, updates, documentation, and customer support.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. The Free plan covers 1 site. Pro plans cover up to 3 sites. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Plugin.

Payment & Billing

Pro licenses are billed annually at $50/year. Payments are processed securely via your chosen payment gateway. Licenses auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation, keeping your license key confidential, complying with all applicable laws regarding donation collection, and providing accurate information to your donors.

Intellectual Property

AgarCo retains all rights to the Plugin code, design, branding, and documentation. Your license is for use only — you do not acquire any ownership rights. User-generated content (donor data, campaign content) remains your property.

Limitation of Liability

AgarCo provides the Plugin "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Plugin, including but not limited to lost donations, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked but your existing data within WordPress remains accessible to you. We provide 30 days notice for termination unless the violation is severe.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
