Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with AgarCo Donate. If the plugin does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to legal@agarco.org with:

  • Your order number or license key.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve).

We process refund requests within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • You will lose access to plugin updates, support, and AI-powered features.
  • The plugin version currently installed on your site will continue to work, but without future updates.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund, a plan downgrade, or account credit depending on the circumstances. We are not obligated to issue refunds after the 14-day window, but we strive to be fair.

Renewals

License renewals are charged automatically. If you no longer wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date through your account dashboard. If a renewal is charged unintentionally, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Licenses that have been used to violate our Terms of Service.
  • Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods.
  • Chargebacks — if you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, we will contest it and your license will be permanently revoked.
